Insect control details
InsectPRO helps you deal with insects, wasps and rodents at both residential and commercial sites. We don't offer one-size-fits-all treatment, but a solution tailored to the problem, the property and how it is used.
The appearance of pests rarely stays a simple nuisance. An insect turning up in a flat, a swarm of wasps moving around a loft or rodent traces in a warehouse quickly create uncertainty. At such times the first question is usually exactly what we're dealing with, where the problem comes from and what can be done so that the solution doesn't cause a new problem.
A cockroach infestation in an apartment building, an ant problem appearing in a holiday home, a suspected bed-bug case linked to a bedroom or rat activity noticed in a yard each call for a different approach. The aim is the same in every case: the treatment should be targeted, fit the environment of use, and the client should know exactly what to expect.
You should be able to see at a glance what problems you can bring to us, how the process works and where to go next.

Rodent control details
Insects hide in cracks, along cables, behind furniture, at skirting boards or near service penetrations. The presence of rodents is often signalled not by the animal itself but by droppings, scratching, gnaw marks or an unpleasant smell. And with a wasp nest, the nest isn't always where you see the wasps flying in and out.
That's why it matters to pin down the situation. A well-chosen treatment is not only more effective but also safer, because it is targeted rather than excessive.
You briefly describe what you're seeing: which pest you suspect, where it appeared, how long it has been going on and whether anything is urgent.
Based on a photo, a description or an on-site survey we decide which intervention makes sense. The type of property, the level of infestation and accessibility all matter.
The intervention is matched to the pest's behaviour and the characteristics of the area. Beforehand we clearly explain what needs to be done.
Sealing gaps, reviewing hygiene points, sorting out waste handling and storage – for a longer-lasting result.

Not necessarily. It's enough to describe the signs: bites, insect activity, droppings, gnaw marks, scratching, a nest, an unpleasant smell or unusual noises. A good photo also helps a lot so we have a starting point together.
Yes. A flat, a holiday home, a catering venue, an office or a warehouse each call for a different approach, but in every case we can set up a workflow suited to the site.
It depends on the type of pest, the level of infestation and the characteristics of the site. Sometimes a single treatment is enough; other times repetition, a follow-up check or preventive steps may be needed.
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll help you decide what the next step could be. You can also send a photo of the traces, the insect, the nest or the gnaw marks.
